The role of Technical Director at Redgate is critical to the success of our teams and the quality of our products. This position requires a unique blend of skills, including team leadership, technical expertise, people management, and customer focus.

  • Has a solid understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enthusiastically engages with customers, designers, and product managers to create exceptional products and services.
  • Experience as a people manager, with a proven track record of running 1:1s, caring for team members, coaching, and mentoring to support their growth and progress.
