As Head of Community Health and Care, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's scientific strategy and ensure its successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, with a proven track record of leveraging computational tools to drive innovation in the biotech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership in the integration of computational biology and drug discovery, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and refine the scientific strategy, ensuring its alignment with business goals.
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions, Flagship Pioneering companies, and other third parties to stay abreast of emerging technologies and models.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience.
