The University of Cambridge invites applications for a Senior Research Director position in Stem Cell Biology, to be based at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute (CSCI).

About Us
The CSCI is a world-leading centre for stem cell research, with a mission to transform human health through a deep understanding of stem and progenitor cell biology. We offer a collegiate environment with excellent core facilities, providing extensive opportunities to pursue basic and disease-focused studies.
Salary and Benefits
The appointee will receive a salary of £61,198 - £64,914 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to a generous package of benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, flexible working, and funds for returning carers and other family-friendly schemes.
About Our Team
The institute currently hosts 28 research groups with approximately 300 biological, computational, clinical, and physical scientists, operating across a wide range of tissues and at multiple scales. CSCI benefits from long-term investment by the Wellcome Trust, most recently via a new Discovery Research Platform for Tissue Scale Biology.
