Pioneering Projects Director

We are seeking an accomplished Pioneering Projects Director to drive the development and delivery of groundbreaking technologies and innovative solutions at PraxisAuril.

  • Oversee a portfolio of pioneering projects from initial discovery to successful commercialisation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Making strategic decisions that shape the future of technology, leveraging expertise in opportunity identification, evaluation, protection, development, marketing, risk management, and commercial deals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and partners, to ensure collaborative success.
Requirements:
  • PhD or research experience in a relevant field, with a strong track record of innovation and project management.
  • Commercial experience in knowledge-based business and contract negotiation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading people and projects, with a proven ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.
  • Confident decision-making on technology management and agreements, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with experience in CRM systems and University sector knowledge.
