Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director and Sales Team in maintaining Tait's customers and partners across the region.

The role will involve assisting in executing the regional channel sales strategy, supporting sales team members to achieve revenue and bookings targets, and encompassing a range of tasks and duties across the sales function.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of motivation, an ability to work individually and as part of a team, and a willingness to work away from home from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in achieving order and profit targets
  • Assist Tait's customers and partners across the region in receiving an exceptional level of service
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director, Business Development Managers, Account managers and Channel managers on partner status and identifying opportunities for additional support
  • Assist in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Act as a support contact for the sales team, with whom customers and partners can communicate with
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of sales, operations and marketing departments within an organisation.

They will also have a good level of IT skills and experience, with an ability to learn new programs and applications as required to fulfil the role.
