Adult Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Night Support Worker to join our team based in Leyland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities. This includes assisting in the care of all service users through the delivery of person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans/risk assessments, as well as completing housekeeping duties and food preparation.
Salary Information:
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.90 per hour, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this role.
About the Role:
This position involves working 10pm to 8am, two nights a week, with some hours every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have a caring, hardworking, reliable, and flexible approach, with previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities desirable but not essential. NVQ level 2 or equivalent is also desirable, or be willing to work towards the relevant QCF qualification. A full driving licence would be advantageous, and a DBS check will be required.
