Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Adult Support Care Specialist to join our team at Dalesview Partnership.

Company Overview:

Dalesview Partnership is a leading provider of adult care services, committed to delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

Salary: £12.90 per hour on a waking watch, equivalent to approximately £26,000 - £28,000 per annum for 30 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.
  • Assist in the care of all service users through the delivery of person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans/risk assessments.
  • Enable service users to live their chosen lifestyle, including accessing the local community and participating in leisure activities.

Requirements:

  • Caring, hardworking, reliable, and flexible approach.
  • Prior experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
