Vulnerable Adult Care Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Worker to join our team in South Ribble, Preston/Leyland. This full-time position involves working 37 hours per week, providing support and care to vulnerable adults in the community.
As a Project Worker, you will work closely with clients, understanding their needs and developing personalized care plans. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Job Requirements**
- Prior experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
