Salary:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £12.45, with additional 25p mileage reimbursement. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing our staff's contributions.

Job Description:
As a Care Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, managing medication, and promoting client independence. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, responding to individual needs and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a willingness to learn. While prior experience in social care is beneficial, it's not essential – we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care for others.
