Adult Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Assistant for Adults. In this rewarding role, you will support people with disabilities in their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with various needs in different settings, including their own homes, residential facilities, or community centers.
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Help individuals learn new skills and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential.
Estimated Salary: £22,737 - £23,114 per annum (dependent on experience)
