Support Worker

We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team at Dalesviewpartnership in Clayton-Le-Woods and Leyland. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individual care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Supporting service users to access the local community and participate in leisure activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A DBS check is required for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £12.90 per hour, paid on a waking watch basis. Contracts are available for 3 nights / 30 hours a week.
