Job Title: Adult Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker in Leyland, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism.

As an Adult Autism Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism, helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to create personalized support plans, develop life skills, and promote social inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care or support work and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with autism and have a strong desire to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
