As a Mental Health and Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Leyland, Lancashire, and make a real difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans that cater to the individual's unique needs and goals.
