We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Dovehaven Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, security, and contentment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, including personal care, activities, and companionship
- Monitor residents' needs, health, and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to management
- Develop and maintain accurate records for each resident, adhering to data protection guidelines
- Collaborate with residents and their families to deliver tailored care plans
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- Reliability and respect for residents' dignity and autonomy
Dovehaven Care Homes offers a competitive salary of £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer an 'Earn While You Learn' scheme, enabling you to complete a Diploma (NVQ) while working with us. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, supporting your career progression to Senior level and beyond.
