We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Dovehaven Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their quality of life

Dovehaven Care Homes offers a competitive salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
