Dementia Care Practitioner

Dovehaven Care Homes is committed to providing specialist dementia care services that promote independence, dignity, and respect for our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dementia care practitioner to join our team at Marsh House in Leyland.
As a dementia care practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, as well as assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including fortnightly pay, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), free parking, and comprehensive induction and ongoing training and development opportunities.
