Our Supported Living and Residential services aim to empower individuals to lead more independent lives. Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job OverviewThis role involves providing full-time or part-time care and support to adults in Leyland, Lancashire.
As a Care and Empowerment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily routines, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence.
You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans that cater to the individual's unique needs and goals.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months experience in care or support work
