Job Description:

You will work as a keyworker to manage caseloads for older adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations. Your responsibilities will include completing multi-disciplinary reviews in the community and inpatients on Mental Health Act sections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully enhanced valid DBS.
  • Community experience is essential.
  • Desirable: Older adults experience.
