Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care
  • Carrying out assessments, reviews, interventions and completing discharges alongside relevant documentations
  • Managing caseload for Older Adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations

Nursing Qualifications:

  • Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
  • Fully enhanced valid DBS check provided free of charge

Salary and Benefits:
