As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to our residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and hygiene
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with their community

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £18,720 - £21,395 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits, including paid annual leave and bank holidays, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
