Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Select Car Leasing. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints are resolved promptly and fairly.

Your primary responsibility will be to investigate customer complaints, gather relevant information, and develop effective solutions to address their concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that all complaints are documented and tracked.

In addition to your complaint resolution duties, you will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our processes and procedures.

You will have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
