Client Relations Officer

Clients First:
As a Client Relations Officer at CV-Library, you will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience to clients across the UK, responding to and resolving customer complaints and escalations, and working as part of a specialist complaints department to deal with customers who have a complaint or who are disgruntled with the service provided.
Your Skills:
Excellent English skills, strong letter writing abilities, confidence and authority on the phone, and strong customer service and telephone skills are essential. You will also need to have demonstrable experience in Complaints & Resolution or have worked within a customer service role managing complaints.
Salary:
An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered based on the location of Bracknell and the requirements of the job.
