Job Description

As an account lead, you will be responsible for leading client accounts, developing strategies, and ensuring successful project execution. You will work closely with our team to drive client relationships and deliver outstanding medical communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts and foster strong relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.">
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance throughout the campaign/project lifecycle.">
  • Drive creative and strategic excellence, pushing clients and the agency towards optimal performance.">
  • Proactively engage with clients to develop annual strategies and identify opportunities for account growth.">
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the relevant therapeutic landscape pertaining to client accounts.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare/pharma industry, including senior account manager or account director agency experience.">
  • Strong track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful projects within a medical communication setting.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.">
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively across different organizational levels.">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus great benefits, including a profit-related annual bonus, paid leave, and private health insurance. This role is open to either UK home based or UK hybrid working. Some travel into offices is expected as required.
