Leaving Care Pod Leader

As a skilled and experienced Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our Leaving Care team in the East Midlands.
About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to manage pods within the team, directing and supporting their work to achieve exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
This is a hybrid working role that offers flexible options to maximize your time spent at home and create a great work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Leaving Care team, a Social Work degree, and be registered with Social Work England. They will also possess enhanced DBS clearance and ideally senior or management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Directing and supporting the work of the pod through a collaborative and systemic approach.
- Working closely with the Team Manager to manage personnel and resources.
