CV-Library is seeking an accomplished Practice Manager to lead our Leaving Care team in the East Midlands.
Role DescriptionThis role involves directing and supporting the work of pods within the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services for children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Leaving Care team, a Social Work degree, and registration with Social Work England. Enhanced DBS clearance and senior or management experience would be advantageous.
