About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Loyd House, located near Abington Park in Northampton. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including staff recruitment and retention, business planning, financial performance, and quality compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic oversight of service delivery to meet regulatory requirements
  • Day-to-day operational management, including housekeeping, infection prevention, and control of services and facilities
  • Implementation of effective governance arrangements and Quality & Performance Management System
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with commissioners, marketing teams, and referral processors to achieve full bed occupancy
  • Safeguarding people we support and colleagues, ensuring appropriate concern raising
  • Monitoring and recording staff employment checks and professional registration
  • Representing Active Care Group Recruitment internally and externally, embodying company values and culture

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop colleagues
  • Proven experience in the health and/or care sector
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, regulations, and legislation
  • Strong commercial acumen and safeguarding knowledge

Salary: £72,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
