We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Specialist to join our team as a Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of acute care services within our hospital.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of acute care strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes, improve patient experience, and reduce healthcare costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the department.
Requirements:
- Advanced medical qualification (e.g., FRCP, FRCR) with significant experience in acute care medicine.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and drive positive change.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, improving clinical outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs.
