Job Overview:

NonStop Consulting is partnering with a well-established Local Authority in the East Midlands to recruit a Practice Manager for their Leaving Care service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading pods within the team to achieve the best possible positive outcomes for children and young people across the service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. As a Practice Manager, you will work towards achieving the best possible outcome for children & young people by directing and supporting the work of the pod through a collaborative & systemic approach, while giving aid to the Team Manager in the management of personnel & resources.

The successful candidate will have a Social Work degree, be registered with Social Work England, and possess relevant experience working within a Leaving Care team. A senior or management background would be beneficial, as would enhanced DBS clearance.

This is a non-case-holding position, offering a competitive salary from £47,664, depending on qualifications and experience.
