Leaving Care Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Leaving Care team as a Team Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and supporting the work of pods within the service.
This is a hybrid working role that offers an attractive salary range from £47,664, based on individual skills and experience. You will work closely with the Team Manager to manage personnel and resources, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in social work, including experience working within a Leaving Care team. A Social Work degree registered with Social Work England is also essential.
