In this role as a Child Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for the overall well-being and development of children in our care. You will work closely with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each child's physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

You will conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles. Additionally, you will identify training needs for team members and support their professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in a residential setting and hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. A commitment to improving the lives of children is essential for this role.
