About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our contact centre, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to members via phone, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Assess medical reports and liaise with healthcare professionals to establish eligibility for health insurance claims.
  • Communicate complex medical information to members in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to members.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret medical information and make informed decisions.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
