Learning Disabilities Senior Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Disabilities Senior Care Specialist to join our team in the London Borough of Camden.
This role offers a competitive salary, flexible work times, opportunities to work remotely, and a chance to develop your skills. The position will be for an initial 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on internal circumstances and your performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a case load of individuals with learning disabilities
- Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults
- Work effectively with other agencies to promote service users' choices, control, and independence
- Support service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
- Assess and review existing service users placed in care homes
Requirements:
- Post qualifying experience as a Learning Disabilities Senior Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry
- Experience managing a team
- HCPC Registration
- 5 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
