Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs to access their community.
With a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 support to children with complex needs, including those who are non-verbal, short-sighted, and profoundly deaf
- Assist with sensory activities both at home and in the community, promoting independence and inclusion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- A full UK license and willingness/ability to drive your own vehicle
- Experience working with young people who have autism or complex needs (desirable)
- Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) (desirable)
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
