Sense is expanding its team in Warwickshire and we're seeking a skilled Community Support Worker to join our Get Out There (GOT) Service. Our dynamic team supports children and young people with complex needs to access community activities.
This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our service users. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to a child who is non-verbal, short-sighted, and profoundly deaf, enabling them to engage in sensory activities both at home and in the community.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing tailored support to individuals or groups within the centre and community.
- Delivering high-quality services that meet organisational expectations and standards.
- Assisting with sensory activities such as going for walks, swimming, or playing with beads.
