Sense is expanding its team and seeking a Community Support Worker to join our Get Out There (GOT) Service in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people with complex needs, providing 1-1 support to access the community and engage in sensory activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities in the centre and community.
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet organisational expectations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a responsive and customised service.
Requirements
  • A full UK license and willingness/ability to drive your own vehicle.
  • Experience working with young people who have autism or complex needs.
  • Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) is desirable.
