Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced support worker to join our team at Warwick Hub, working with a young lady with challenging behaviour, autism, and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, challenging behaviour, autism, and communication aids, as well as being kind, calm, and patient.
This role involves planning and participating in daily activities in the community, both indoor and outdoor, to promote independence and encourage learning and skill development. The ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
