Job Title: Community Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team at The Care Bureau. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with their recovery goals and promote their overall well-being
  • Work collaboratively with Occupational Health and Physiotherapists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Access to a valid driving license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work a 2-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends
  • Flexibility to start immediately following recruitment checks
