Community Support Specialist

About the Role
Sense is seeking a skilled Community Support Worker to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide 1-1 support to a child who is non-verbal, short-sighted, and profoundly deaf to access the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enable individuals to access the community through sensory activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a high-quality service.
Requirements
- A full UK license and ability to drive your own vehicle.
- Experience working with young people who have autism or complex needs.
- Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL).
