About the Role
Sense is seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will work with children and young people with complex needs, providing 1-1 support to access the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to children and young people with sensory impairments, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
- Deliver services that meet the needs of our clients and their families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and support.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive own vehicle.
- Experience working with young people with autism or complex needs desirable.
- Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) an asset.
