Creative Support is a passionate and inclusive organization that prides itself on providing unique and individualized person-centered active support services. We are seeking a highly committed and skilled Female Support Worker to join our team at Napton House in the Warwick area.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum (inclusive of 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS). Our aim is to support individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs to explore life opportunities, build and develop upon their unique skills, promote choice and independence, and achieve what is important to them.

The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting active involvement and communication, ensuring that every day is a good day for all service users. They will engage with service users, build trusting therapeutic relationships, and work within a structured approach to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing respectful personal care to individuals and assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Supporting service users in their own homes or in other settings, offering respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate

We offer full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days Annual Leave.
