We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Creative Support. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in the Warwick area.

Our residents enjoy a wide range of activities, including baking, listening to music, and walking. We pride ourselves on offering unique and individualized person-centered active support services that are stimulating, enjoyable, and motivational.

As a Care Assistant, your role will include:


•Providing respectful personal care to individuals and assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning

•Engaging with service users and building trusting therapeutic relationships, working within a structured approach to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills

•Offering support to service users in their own homes or in other settings, as part of a structured approach, and providing respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate
