We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Napton House in the Warwick area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respectful personal care to individuals, including assistance with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Engage with service users, build trusting relationships, and work collaboratively to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.
- Offer support to service users in their own homes or in other settings, providing respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for promoting active involvement and communication, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. A full manual driving license is also essential for driving service users' cars when required.
