Support Worker Opportunity at Avon Support Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at our Warwick Hub. This role involves supporting a young lady with a mixture of Challenging Behaviour, Autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and participate in daily activities in the community, both indoors and outdoors, to promote independence and a fulfilling life.
  • Encourage learning and skill development through fun and engaging activities.
  • Support with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Ensure the individual's needs are met, including providing emotional support and stability.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour, Autism, and communication aids.
  • Kind, calm, and patient nature.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
