About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at Napton House, providing Supported Living opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing respectful personal care to individuals and assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Engaging with service users to build trusting therapeutic relationships, promoting wellbeing and positive coping skills.
  • Offering support to service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach, including respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.

Requirements

A full manual driving license is essential for driving service users' cars when required.

What We Offer

Full training is provided, along with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
