We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join Next Generation Ltd in Bromsgrove. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be confident, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer support and service
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £24,000-£25,000 per annum, plus a monthly bonus structure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills within a dynamic and ambitious organization.
