Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Bromsgrove

Salary: Basic £24,000 - £25,000 + Monthly Bonus

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm

Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a well established business in Bromsgrove to join the team and help drive growth If you have the ability to build strong client relationships, and are looking for a new challenge, with a company that can offer professional growth, this an exciting opportunity to be considered.

Duties Will Include:

* Develop and maintain a portfolio of loyal customers, building long-term relationships.

* Identify new sales opportunities.

* Effectively upsell the business product range.

* Proactively introduce new catalogues.

* Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from new and existing clients.

* Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills and Experience Needed:

* Proven experience in a similar sales, telesales or account management role.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

* A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.

* Dynamic, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
