About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exhibition Production Manager to join our growing team in London. As a key member of our digital, production, and creative teams, you will be responsible for delivering impactful exhibition experiences for world-leading brands.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets up to £1m. You will be confident in your ability to work closely with internal creative and content teams, as well as external suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Create and manage project budgets, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Client and Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Onsite Management: Lead project teams onsite, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise during exhibitions.
  • Team Leadership and Resource Management: Provide guidance and support to project management team members, allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and requirements.
