About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exhibition Production Manager to join our team at MCCGLC, a pioneering creative agency based in London.

This role is a key part of our business, responsible for managing and delivering innovative exhibition projects.

The successful candidate will have a positive approach to challenges, be self-motivated, multi-tasking, process-driven, and have a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of exhibition builds and installations from concept to on-site supervision.
  • Project management of content from printed and construction.
  • Manage projects through every stage, from brief receipt to final delivery, including budget creation and management, timeline creation and management, and resource allocation.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Brief and inspire excellent creative work from the creative department.
  • Manage junior colleagues to deliver projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in production/project management in a creative agency delivering exhibition booths, particularly in the pharmaceutical and tech industries.
  • A strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple suppliers to ensure seamless communication and planning.
  • Excellent personnel and time management skills.
  • Experience working with budgets exceeding $350,000.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office, and time management and budget software.
  • Familiarity with organiser and utility requirements during exhibition builds.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines and inspire others to do so.
  • High-level experience in client-facing situations and ability to interpret client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to predict problems with assigned tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000.00 + DOE.
