Job Description

We are seeking a senior creative lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production for retail environments. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Creative direction: Partner with the Head of Creative to define the creative direction of key projects and the wider studio.
  • Design management: Oversee complex design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Project management: Liaise actively with clients and suppliers, use project management software to track time and plan capacity, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Talent development: Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop within the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of 3D design experience gained either agency or brand side.
  • Experience in the luxury or premium retail industry, with an understanding of all touch points from window displays to pop-up shops, brand activations, and POS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift render engine, with experience using Adobe CS and other 3D software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas internally and to clients.
