About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Visual Design Specialist to join our London Brand Consulting team at Creative Artists Agency. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept development to final design delivery, and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to bring innovative and effective design solutions to life.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality visual design concepts and solutions that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and creative services, to ensure design solutions align with business objectives
  • Create and present design decks, presentations, and other visual materials to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and ensure the highest level of quality
  • Participate in design critiques, feedback sessions, and other collaborative activities to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a visual design specialist in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from concept development to final delivery
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
